Shipping policy
Every ToldYouTees tee is printed to order especially for you, so each order goes through two stages: production, then delivery.
Production time
Because your tee is made fresh just for you, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated delivery times
Once produced, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
- United States & Canada: 2–5 business days
- Western Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria): 2–6 business days
- Northern Europe & rest of Europe: 5–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 3–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–30 business days
Your total time to receive an order is production time plus delivery time. These are estimates rather than guarantees and may run longer during busy periods such as holidays. Occasionally an item may be fulfilled from a different location, which can extend delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, so you’ll always see the exact cost before you pay.

We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t showing at checkout, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Customs & import duties
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you may be charged import duties or taxes by your local customs authority on delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
