Every ToldYouTees tee is printed to order just for you. Here’s how returns work.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item

If your order arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll reprint it or refund you in full — no need to send anything back.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us within that time and we’ll give you our UK returns address. The item must be sent back to us at your own expense, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Once we’ve received it back — or you’ve given us proof of postage — we’ll issue your refund. Please use a tracked service; return postage isn’t covered.
